    We currently offer tours such as the AquaCabana Rentals, Aqua Bikini Brunch, Bike Rental Tour, Clear Kayak Drone Photoshoot Experience and Kayak Rental. We offer combo packages catered to your needs. We also provide services such as trip planning services, taxi services and airport transfers.
  • What happens if I am running late?
    Give us a call and keep us updated. We may be able to accommodate you under certain circumstances.
  • How do I book a tour with you?
    You can book via viator, our website or through direct communication with one of our associates.
  • Can I cancel my tour booking?
    A booking can be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Please note this is dependent on booking platform used. Viator requires 24 hour’s notice for cancellation while all other platforms requires 48 hour’s notice.
  • What happens if I need to change my travel dates?
    Travelers can amend their booking on the booking platform used.
  • Can I request a tour reschedule due to weather conditions?
    We would be happy to accommodate any booking changes due to weather conditions. However, changes are dependent on schedule availability.

  • Are there any weather or climate conditions that may affect the tour?
    Weather conditions include heavy rain, rough seas, windy conditions and storms and hurricanes.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods including all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash app, PayPal, and cash payment (USD and XCD only).
  • Why are your prices different on other platforms?
    Prices differ due to commission fees on Viator & Trip Advisor.
  • Are there any additional fees for payment processing?
    Yes. Please note bookings via certain platforms will include a mandatory service fee included in the total amount due.
  • Are there any age restrictions for participating in the tour?
    There are no age restrictions to participate on a tour. However, all children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult. You must be 18 years of age to consume any alcohol on a tour. Valid identification may be required upon request.
  • Can I customize my tour itinerary?
    We allow customization. However, anything outside of what we offer will incur additional charges.
  • What safety measures does your tour take to ensure the well-being of its clients?
    Safety briefings, protective gear and emergency supplies are provided for all tours.

    Itineraries are received upon booking.
  • Is transportation included in all of your tours?
    Currently, transportation is only included in our Adventure Combo Tour Packages.
